Since the introduction of Law No.5/1997 (Encouragement of Foreign Capital Investment) and Law No.7/2004 (Tourism Investment), the firm has advised on all aspects of Libyan investment law and has developed solid experience and expertise in structuring foreign investments, negotiating joint ventures with Libyan government entities in relation to investment projects, as well as advising on issues such as benefits and exemptions, the application procedure and drafting and reviewing project documents.
